A good night in a comfortable bed. Did not hear the highway! Great breakfast: free cage scrambled eggs, biscuits n gravy oatmeal, assorted cereals & breads We thank u wholeheartedly for honoring our Platinum Elite w/bottle water& snacks. Definitely would stay again

I have been staying at the hotel for the last month. Cathy the GM is amazing. So are the front desk staff of Carol, Robert, Calem, Kim and Josh. Doug from maintenance assembled my electric scooter for me as well. Highly recommend this hotel.

Book this hotel for my wife and she said both the people as well as the hotel have been extremely nice. I had read previous reviews some were slightly mixed. However, although I would never discount someone else's review as that was indeed their experience or at least their thoughts. My wife's opinion of both the people at the desk who checked her in as well as the staff in the breakfast area and others at the hotel have been outstanding! My wife is a bit of a clean freak and she said the room was extremely clean and she has not said that to me about all hotels, so for her to say that is a good Testament to the cleaning being done at the hotel. Sometimes hotels don't always get a fair Shake and they do have ups and downs depending on who is working there at any given time. Although their phone system had been worked on the day my wife checked in and was supposedly fixed the company that came in unfortunately did not complete the job very effectively. So if you go to try to call right now you probably won't reach the front desk and it's not because they're not answering it's because their phone system is still not working properly. But hey we all use cell phones for the most part other than to call the front desk so that has just been a minor inconvenience. All in all I would recommend this hotel based on my wife's recommendation and she is extremely picky and honest. Enjoy your stay in Terre Haute it's a wonderful town full of very warm and genuine people. Thank you for making my wife stay both pleasant and memorable as it could be!

We have an excellent stay at this location while in town for three nights to visit family. Our room was clean and fresh-smelling upon our arrival, and the night desk clerk, Braydon, was very kind and helpful. Each day, the breakfast buffet had wonderful options, even for us as vegetarians, and the reception desk staff went out of their way on the morning of our departure to make sure we had food to take with us on our long drive back. The room was large and comfortable and met all our needs during our stay. The only drawbacks were significant noise from footsteps in the room above us, and some places in the bathtub could be cleaned up better from residue left over from prior traction strips or similar. The pool was also closed during our time there, but that didn't impact us. Overall, our stay was much better than we expected and reminded us how good a hotel experience can be.

Quick check in,clean room. Don't bother with the coffee maker. Not worth the effort. Go downstairs to the buffet. Bed was comfy.

Pros: - Service is great. Carol in the evening and Colleen in the morning are always very polite and personable. - Nice fitness center - Nothing special but there is hot breakfast (eggs and sausage patties, haven't seen bacon yet even though there's a picture of it). Cons: - Pool has been closed for several months. Not sure what they are considering "temporarily" but you'll pay the same rates with or without the amenities. To be fair, I guess it's called a room rate, not a room rate with pool. - Loud fan in bathroom. -TV is frusratingly unresponsive or slow most of the time.

Room smelled like pee. We didn't tell them; maybe just a weird smell. Was a stain on one of the pillow cases. We had asked for Feather free pillows the room had 4 feather but only brought 2 of the 4 non feather back to the room. Never did bring them. No body wash in the shower. Very nice front desk person, just did not get our pillows.

We had a great time. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were perfect. Clean and spacious. Plenty of table/desk space. The only complaint I have is there were no liners in the trash cans and the door to the pool says whirlpool, but then you go in and it looks like they used to have one but it got filled in. The pool was really fun though.
